  • How does billing work?

    We bill on the 1st of each month (before that month’s visits).

    If you sign up mid-month, your first payment is charged on the morning of your first service and is prorated (only for the cleanups left in the month).

    You can set up auto-pay with a bank account or credit/debit card.

    You’ll get a receipt by email, and you can also see invoices in your customer portal.

    If we don’t receive payment before your first visit that month, service is paused until payment is made.

  • How much does it cost?

    Plans start at $75 per month.

    Most customers pay $95–$135 per month.

    Yard size

    How often we visit

    How many dogs you have

  • Will you clean the whole yard?

    Yes.

    We scoop anywhere poop can be, like:

    Front, back, and side yards

    Dog runs

    Around patios and play areas

    (Yes, even many flower bed edges)

  • How do you keep my dog safe?

    We clean our tools and shoes between every yard.

    We use a kennel-grade cleaner to help stop germs from spreading.

    After each visit, we close your gate and send a photo.

    Our team members are background checked.

  • Can you scoop if my dog is outside?

    Usually, yes! We’re happy to work with dogs around.

    If a dog is showing aggression, we’ll ask that they stay inside during service.

    If a dog is unsafe for our team, we may need to remove the home from our route.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    Nope.

    You can start, pause, or cancel anytime in your customer portal (or by calling us).

  • Do you scoop all year?

    Yes — all year long.

    We scoop in winter too.

    Most poop is still scoopable, even with some snow on the ground.

  • What do you do with the poop?

    We double-bag it.

    Then we place it in your trash can (or a neat spot by the house, if you prefer).

  • Do I need to be home?

    No.

    As long as we have safe access to your yard, we can scoop while you’re away.

  • Can I pick a service day?

    Yes, you can request a day.

    Not every day is available in every area.

    We’ll usually give you 2–3 options to choose from.

  • Do you give exact arrival times?

    Not exact times.

    Routes are planned the night before to cut down on drive time and keep prices low.

    We do our best to stay consistent, but times can change due to weather and route flow.
