All cleanups are prepaid — both one-time and recurring.

• One-time cleanup: You are charged the morning of your scheduled cleanup.

• Recurring service: You are charged the morning of your first cleanup, then on the 1st of each month for that month’s cleanups (your monthly rate).

• If payment isn’t received, service is paused until it is.

• On service day, we’ll text when we’re on the way.

• After we scoop, you’ll get a completion photo.

• No contracts — cancel anytime.
