It’s quick and simple. Just fill out the online sign-up form and a Scoop Troop team member will get your account all set up.

After your sign-up is complete, a Scoop Troop representative will schedule your first cleanup and explain the entire process from start to finish.

Set up your preferred payment method—bank account or credit/debit card—through our secure Client Portal. Once autopay is active, Scoop Troop will email you both an invoice and receipt (also available anytime in your portal).
If payment isn’t received before your first scheduled cleanup of the month, service will be paused until payment is made.

ARRIVAL NOTIFICATION
We’ll send you a friendly “on the way” text within an hour before we arrive. You don’t need to be home, but please make sure we have easy access to your yard and that any aggressive dogs are secured for everyone’s safety.

THOROUGH CLEANUP
Your Scoop Troop technician will follow a proven route to make sure every pile is found, walking your yard multiple times to ensure nothing gets missed.

SAFETY FIRST
When the job’s done, we’ll send you a photo of your closed gate for peace of mind. All tools are sanitized with a kennel-grade disinfectant between visits to protect pets and prevent the spread of germs.

Responsible Waste Disposal
Waste will be double-bagged and placed in your trash can. If there’s no accessible trash can, we’ll leave the securely bagged waste in a discreet location.
