Offer & billing details

For new recurring customers. Prices cover a cleanup area up to approximately ⅛ acre. Your initial cleanup is 50% off and includes up to 60 minutes. Your next scheduled visit is free. Any work beyond 60 minutes requires your approval of an additional fee before we continue.

We’ll confirm your starting-month total and payment timing before service, excluding the free visit. Ongoing billing is monthly on the 1st. The estimated cost per cleanup assumes all scheduled visits take place. Weather or other missed visits can change the effective cost per completed cleanup. It is not a per-visit billing rate.

No service payment is collected at signup. Your first service charge is on your first appointment day. We’ll contact you to confirm scheduling.
