Hi, I’m Bennett — and this is my dog, Nox.
I grew up in Clinton, Iowa and went to the University of Iowa. Then I lived in New York City for 15 years and worked as a celebrity hairstylist. My work was even in some big magazines.
Now I’m back home and I started SCOOP TROOP!
Today we help busy families in Iowa and Illinois keep their yards clean in Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, the Quad Cities, Clinton, and nearby areas — so you can spend more time with your pets and less time thinking about 💩.

We check your details and get you on the route as soon as weather and scheduling allow.
We’ll text you when your first cleanup is scheduled.

All cleanups are prepaid — both one-time and recurring.
One-time cleanup: You are charged the morning of your scheduled cleanup.
Recurring service: You are charged the morning of your first cleanup, then on the 1st of each month for that month’s cleanups (your monthly rate).
If payment isn’t received, service is paused until it is.

On service day, we’ll text when we’re on the way.
After we scoop, you’ll get a completion photo.

When service day rolls around, you can count on our SCOOP TROOP team to arrive on time, work efficiently, and leave your yard spotless. Take a look below at the steps to every SCOOP TROOP service.

ARRIVAL NOTIFICATION
We’ll send you a friendly “on the way” text within an hour before we arrive. You don’t need to be home, but please make sure we have easy access to your yard and that any aggressive dogs are secured for everyone’s safety.

THOROUGH CLEANUP
Your SCOOP TROOP technician will follow a proven route to make sure every pile is found, walking your yard multiple times to ensure nothing gets missed.

SAFETY FIRST
When the job’s done, we’ll send you a photo of your closed gate for peace of mind. All tools are sanitized with a kennel-grade disinfectant between visits to protect pets and prevent the spread of germs.

Responsible Waste Disposal
Waste will be double-bagged and placed in your trash can. If there’s no accessible trash can, we’ll leave the securely bagged waste in a discreet location.
